Servant Leadership Workshop

On March 23rd and March 24th, the Northern Region DM's and GM's gathered for a Servant Leadership Retreat at Lake Dallas.  The purpose of the retreat was to explore the importance of and competencies for Servant Leadership and also to strengthen the relationships between the DM's and GM's.  Ultimately, this will enhance our culture for the future.  Joe Tortorice and Blake Parker gave excellent presentations, we had reflection time, break out groups and of course, some fun and games (led by our referee, Joe Loyd)!

 

 

DFW East Women's Network Meeting

On March 22nd the Women's Network East met at the NRO conference room. Their topics included financial advice, Mary Kay cosmetics and DM Michael Johnson gave everyone an update on the status of the company

DFW West Women's Network Meeting

The Nick Roark & JDD Women's Network met on March 10th at JDD.  The Leadership Committee (Nicky Pete, Tyra Clawson, Brianna Moore and Rachel Locke) did a great job leading the meeting.  We discussed business etiquette and professional image.  Also, Nick cooked dinner for the ladies.  Everyone had a great time, learned some things and built relationships.  This group will meet quarterly this year.
