D/FW West Side Family Picnic

On 9/24 the Roark district and JDD along with their families came to Meadowbrook Park in Arlington, Tx. There was a great turnout of over 300 people! There were bounce houses and games for the kids, a DJ, prizes and several great entries for the pinata contest. Nick Roark manned the grill all day long and grilled up burgers and hot dogs for everyone. Great job Jack Powell for organizing and setting this all up. Thank you to everyone involved!

Unfortunate loss at ARL

ARL and the Roark District lost a friend and great employee in John Chaplin on September 13th 2011. John had been working for ARL as a delivery driver for nearly 4 years. Fellow employees were shocked to find John had passed away over the weekend. John was a hard worker and a great person to be around. John will be missed by many people who had the pleasure of working with him over the years. Our thoughts and prayers go with John and his family.

Run in the Dark 5K

On Saturday 9/17/11 Jason's Deli sponsored the "Run in the Dark 5K." There were 1000 participants and over 5000 people in attendance. JD Pickle even participated in the 1K fun run check out the pic below!

DFW East Family Picnic

On Saturday 9/17/11 Jason's Deli Employee's and their families got together for the D/FW East side family picnic. There were bounce houses and games for the kids, a Pinata contest and food provided for all in attendance. Everyone had a great time and it was a wonderful example of how Jason's is a Great Place to Work!
