Roark BAM

The Roark district had their first BAM meeting of the year on 2/16/12 at the HEB deli. We had several great speakers including Matt Moriarty (GM OVT) who spoke on Mindshare focus for 2012. Teri Simmons (Trainer) spoke about the importance of Mentoring and Tyra Clawson (LSM) spoke about Sales Visions. It was a good turnout and thank you to all of the speakers!

Community Branding at IPP


Matt Wenz continues to brand IPP throughout the community of Palatine, IL.  This month, Cub Scouts participate in a tour of the deli, along with an organics and sanitation workshop.  Each of the cub scouts also enjoyed working with Matt to make their own dinner entree.












Celebrity at GRN

Lamar Odom was at GRN 1/31/12. Everyone said he was a nice guy. He ordered pastrami sourdough meltdown with no onions, bowl of red beans and rice, and a Boylan Rootbeer.




NR Kickoff Meeting

On January 19th, the DFW GM's gathered at JDD for the NR kick off meeting.  It's going to be a great year!

Please help me welcome Christine Golshan (see attached photo), our new HR Coordinator for the Northern Region.  She will be assisting Joe Loyd with recruiting, employee approvals, HR audits and other various administrative duties.

Christine has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Oklahoma with a minor in Psychology.  She has HR/recruiting experience with JC Penney and is a HUGE fan of Jason's Deli (as are her parents).  She resides in Plano, brings a great deal of enthusiasm to the table and will be an awesome addition to our team.
